FITWOMAN Spring Session – Get Rocking and Ready for Summer!
Join Fitmom Niagara for our exciting FITWOMAN Spring Session running April 27 – June 22 ( skipping Victoria Day Monday This Monday night 6:30 PM class pass is packed with sweat, adventure, and fun as we train outdoors in some of Niagara’s beautiful locations.
Each week brings a new challenge, new scenery, and an energizing workout designed to build strength, boost metabolism, and keep you motivated.

Your FITWOMAN pass also includes:

FITWOMAN classes are designed for women of all fitness levels, whether you’ve just had a baby or your “baby” is now 10+ years old.
These high-energy, fast-paced workouts combine strength and cardio training to maximize metabolism and build lean muscle while improving endurance and reducing stress.
Each class may include a mix of:
Workouts take advantage of different terrain, weights, resistance bands, and functional equipment to keep things fun and challenging.
Options are always provided for higher intensity or lower impact, ensuring you stay safe, strong, and injury-free while still pushing your limits.
