What is FITMOM Stroller Strength?

Are you a mom who wants to feel fit again?

FITMOM Stroller Strength is an outdoor fitness class designed to move you, challenge you, and support you—whether you’re newly postpartum or years into motherhood.

Strollers are welcome, but not required.
Each class includes strength + cardio-style circuits that are scalable for all fitness levels, so you can work at your own pace while building strength, stamina, and confidence.

This program is designed to support your postpartum recovery, your long-term fitness journey, and the ever-changing demands of mom life.


Outdoor Workouts That Keep It Fun

We’re not just pushing strollers—we’re using the outdoors to keep things fresh and effective.

Expect creative circuit training using:

  • Hills

  • Park benches

  • Stairs

  • Walls

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Resistance bands

  • And other fun challenges that keep you motivated!


Bring the Kids — We’ve Got You

We keep our littlest members happy by keeping them engaged and moving too—because moms deserve a workout that works for real life.

This class is suitable for:
👶 Moms and babies 6+ weeks postpartum
🧒 Moms with toddlers and older children

Running is optional, and only recommended for moms who have met postpartum recovery benchmarks and feel ready for that style of movement
