BOO-gie for the Nest: A Fitmom Babywearing Halloween Dance Party Community Drive

Friday, October 30 at 10:30 am [10 Grote Road inside Niagara Ballet )

25 dollars or tangible donation

Grab your carrier, your costume and your little monsters. It’s time to BOO-gie!

Join Fitmom for a special Halloween costume party dance class where you’ll move and groove to funky Halloween jams. Think Thriller, Monster Mash, Ghostbusters and more. This is a babywearing class, so baby gets snuggles and a front-row seat while you get a fun, low-impact workout. No dance experience needed, just a willingness to zombie walk in public.

Who it’s for: Moms and babies, plus older toddlers who want to join the party. Costumes are encouraged for everyone. Prize for Best Mom and Baby Duo, Draw for ALL

Your entry: This class is our Drive for the Nest, supporting Every Mother’s Village. Instead of a class fee, bring an item or two from the needs list

What to bring:

Your baby carrier (baby can also hang out on a blanket if they’d rather watch)
Water bottle and comfortable shoes
Costumes for you and your littles, with nothing covering baby’s face in the carrier
Your donation for the Nest

What to expect: A warm-up, easy-to-follow monster moves, a group Thriller routine, a costume parade and freeze dance for the kids, and a gentle cool-down. All movement is low impact and safe for babywearing, with modifications for every fitness level.
