Are you fairly independent with your workouts but want some guidance on best practises to help you guide your workouts safely while optimizing your cardiovascular endurance , strength, core health , breathing techniques and birth readiness?
Work with Andrea Page , Original Fitmom founder for 3 sessions scattered throughout your pregnancy as needed to assist your form , technique , and learn MUST DO exercises for pregnancy. In addition you will be given the tools to connect functional exercise with labour and delivery and learn what can assist and what things are best to avoid. Wether you are a novice exerciser or a competitive athlete it is hard to sift through all the information online. Working with an expert is key to preventing injury and creating optimal outcomes.
